Factory warranty covers failures due to faulty materials and workmanship for the stated factory warranty period. Normal wear and tear, misuse, poor maintenance and negligence are not covered.
Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of the said product. All warranty claims are to be directed to us by email at sales@trailhiker.com.au.
Warranty claim items must be securely packaged and returned to us by mail with proof of purchase. Your item will then be assessed for warranty validity.
Valid claim items will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Valid claims will have postage costs reimbursed.
